The designing and the construction of your new custom home or facility is one of the most important decisions you will ever make, and developing your home or facility to demonstrate the WOW factor is one of our highest priorities.
Origin Story
Our journey in the construction industry started back in the 1950s as the late Charles Leach came to Cincinnati with a gift in masonry and a drive to learn every aspect of building a house. Chris Smith, son of Charles Leach, helped push this drive and dream into a reality as the company started moving from constructing 100s of wall structures around the city to designing and building 100s of homes in the City over the next couple of decades. Over the years Showcase has been entrusted and fortunate to have designed and constructed new and innovative homes in nearly every neighborhood in the Greater Cincinnati area. Showcase has also entered the commercial area of construction through multi-family structures, School additions, daycares, 50,000sqft churches and more. Showcase continues the legacy as a family owned business with Christopher and Adam as they plan to design and build timeless structures, serve the dreams of everyday families and continue to work to make a long lasting impact in the great communities around Cincinnati and beyond.
