We start by learning about you—your lifestyle, goals, inspirations, and budget. After completing our vision questionnaire (need link to this), we’ll meet to discuss your ideas in detail, explore possibilities, and establish a clear path forward tailored to your priorities.
2. Design & Investment Planning
With your vision as our guide, our team develops preliminary floor plans, elevations, renderings, and budget estimates. This collaborative phase allows us to refine the design, explore options, and make informed decisions that balance aesthetics, functionality, and investment.
3. Final Design & Project Planning
Once your design and selections are finalized, we prepare comprehensive construction documents, confirm pricing, and review every detail together. Before construction begins, you’ll have a complete understanding of your home, your investment, and the roadmap ahead.
4. Engineering & Permitting
Our team coordinates all required construction drawings, engineering, structural documentation, and permit approvals. We manage the process from start to finish so everything is in place before construction begins.
5. Building Your Home
This is where your vision becomes reality.
Throughout construction, you’ll receive regular updates, schedules, photos, and communication through our Buildertrend (this can link to the app store to download or to the bottom of this page that talks more about BuilderTrend) project management system, providing complete transparency every step of the way. Our experienced team carefully oversees every phase of construction to ensure exceptional craftsmanship, quality, and attention to detail until the day we welcome you home.
