OUR FOUNDATION
Thoughtful Home Building, From Concept to Completion.
Showcase Building & Design was founded by the late Charles Leach, established by his son, Charles (Chris) Smith, and continues under the direction of Christopher Smith & Adam Gorman (grandchildren), combining 100+ years of generational experience. As a design-build firm, we combine inspired design, exceptional craftsmanship, and a personalized building experience to guide clients from concept to completion. Every home is thoughtfully designed around your vision, with a commitment to transparency, quality, and creating spaces that will be enjoyed for generations. Showcase Building & Design was founded on the belief that exceptional homes begin with thoughtful planning and disciplined execution.
OUR PHILOSOPHY
HONEST COMMUNICATION.
THOUGHTFUL GUIDANCE.
METICULOUS CRAFTSMANSHIP.
EXCEPTIONAL CARE.
Building a custom home is one of life's most significant investments, and we never take your trust for granted. From your first consultation through the final walkthrough, we are committed to honest communication, thoughtful guidance, meticulous craftsmanship, and exceptional care.
We can't promise every project will be without challenges, but we do promise to meet every challenge with integrity, accountability, and professionalism. Our goal is simple—to make the building journey as rewarding as the home itself and deliver a result that exceeds expectations.
OUR VALUES
Built on Integrity, Sustained by Trust.

We communicate openly and honestly from the first meeting through final completion, ensuring you always know what to expect at every stage.
02. Craftsmanship
